General Refund Policy

At Cheshire Welcome Inn, we strive to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. Our refund policies are designed to provide flexibility and clarity for our valued guests. Please review the following policies carefully.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Non-Refundable Rates:
  • Reservations made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds regardless of the cancellation date.

Early Departures

• Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full length of their original reservation. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

No-Show Policy

• If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not cancel the reservation, the entire reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Special Circumstances

• In the event of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact our front desk directly. Refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the management on a case-by-case basis.

Group Bookings

• For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, cancellation policies may differ. Please refer to the group booking agreement or contact our reservations team for specific details.

Method of Refund

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
